I had be seeing him for 2+. I totally agree with the other area. I I was scheduled to have knee surgery. And 3 days before surgery, Buchalter canceled my knee surgery. He had his secretary Buchalter just the surgery. He DID NOT take my calls or call me directly. As a Medical Professional, many years in medicine. As a Ortho MD, He should have spoke with directly. I was hurt and the way I was treated. I would give a ?? On his survey! No patient or people should be treated that way.I Gave 4 Stars.

Excellent patient care and concern. Answers all questions. Takes time to listen and gives his best recommendation. Up to date on all new procedures and involved in up and coming research. Excited about what he does and it shows in his calm, confident and pleasant manner. Always a smile and encouraging word!!
